These shorts are designed without a front seam as any legging or shorts should ever be. We have a higher waistline for support and to contour your body. Inseam rise is just right for coverage but shows enough leg to feel cute. Perfect for doing low impact exercises and daily wear

• True to size. If you are in between sizes, size down for a tighter fit

• Wash inside out, on a gentle setting
• Wash on low temperature
• Wash by hand if possible
• Do not tumble dry or dry at high temperatures
• Air dry if possible
